Poor communication/ POOR customer service

Do not go there with high expectations. I understand supply chain has been challenging. They do not provide good service or communication. I cancelled my contract because I was so frustrated with the lack of communication. They said I wouldn't get my deposit back. I was also informed, that if i cancel, they boat would go to a higher price when they open it up to other buyers. Good for them I guess. Make money on their failure to provide customer service and then make even a larger profit selling the boat package they couldn't deliver on. As I read through their reviews, this is a common occurrence. Please just be aware. communicationor PoPoor User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
