Poor communication and service

First, whenever you need to speak with someone, you can only leave a message. I have left messages requesting that a manager call me back and never received a return call. Second, I have had to request multiple services to control pests, mostly ants. And by multiple services, I mean within a few days of a visit, they are still all over my backyard. Third, on my last quarterly visit, the person never contacted me 30 minutes prior to showing up (which it is noted on my account as I have dogs that could be outside). I telecommute, so I was on the phone with a customer when they arrived. Within 5 minutes I was off the phone and went out front to speak with them, but no tech. Went to the backyard, no tech. They never rang my doorbell, but my Ring camera caught him arriving and leaving. My front yard/entry is less than half of the size of my backyard, and they never even entered my backyard, which is where the ants are so bad. I wrote a review on my email bill they sent requesting that a manager call me. I guess perhaps I should have advised I would wait to pay them until I got that call, because no one ever called. I called and left a subsequent message; still no call.
