I ordered the velocore bike, mat and different seat. I've already paid for everything, a couple months ago, except the $30 seat because it's backordered. This week, they put a hold on my checking account for the entire amount ($2,905) to verify funds for the backordered seat! I was told that's how their system works until the "entire order" is complete. It doesn't just verify funds for what is outstanding and does the entire order amount. Not acceptable! If you have something backordered, cancel and order it separately so you're not hit with this surprise like I was. User's recommendation: Don't allow anything to remain on backorder. Cancel and order it separately.
