Poor at service to new customers, great at chasing them away

Just before New Years I went to a local Chase branch to open a business checking account. They wouldn't even let me into the building, said I had to make an appointment. I told them I tried to make an appointment on their web site and the web site directed me to their branch. "Sorry, you can't come inside the bank without an appointment. What do you want to do?" they asked me. "Open a business bank account" I replied. They took my name, the name of my business and my phone number, telling me the person I need to see is very busy and I will get a call back. Well, that was the last week in December and I am still waiting for that call in the last week of April. User's recommendation: Don't be a future customer - they don't want your business.
