we bought our built in diswasher on 2/5/16 and the first year we had to have someone help us turn it on!!...someone came and wrote out a process to be able to turn it on....then ,lately we have had gross problems with sliding the dish rack back into position....we discovered a wheel had come off on the left side....my husband finally found it and put it back on...model is Ascenta bar handle SHX 3AR 72UC....however we are still having problems pushing the dish rack back into the main area. I would never buy another one. User's recommendation: research another better known brand....not sure if this was made in usa.
