Pool was damaged when we bought it

DoPaid 1200 dollars for a broken pool no one has called us back We boought it through Best Buy and no one is calling us back there is a slit across the whole thing. It looks like someone tried to put it up and returned it. Its been 3 weeks and still no call back User's recommendation: Don’t buy best way pools.
