Points redemption

Today 3/21/2021 I redeemed 400 points for a $1 credit which you are refusing to give me. Your customer rep Ricardo states in email that I have a $1 credit in my "wallet" . This $1 credit was there from a earlier redemption this month and expires on 3/28. Why are you taking my 400 points today and refusing the credit I should have received today? You are a scam company. You don't offer things points can be redeemed for and then refuse to honor your own offers. I want the credit I earned today! I have read many complaints about your company. You should be forced to stop operating.
