The pan is advertised as good for an induction stove. We used it for the first time after washing and it did not heat evenly. The pan has a rounded not flat bottom and doesn't sit properly on the stove so it gets uneven heat. This makes this a poor product for it's intended use. Further the packaging has no consumer contact information so you can't find their customer service. I conducted both a Duck Duck Go and a google search and came up empty. There seems to be nothing on line about this brand. This was purchased near Toronto when we were traveling home and there are no stores around for at least 500 km.
