Please refund my money

Qobuz continually fails. I have to keep logging in, and it cuts off on its own regularly. It cuts off in the middle of records, it stalls at the beginning of records, it won't play whole albums. It's logged out on it's own twice, and when I try to log back in it doesn't recognize my login information. it wont play anything above 24/96, instead it says something about connectivity issues. I've only owned it three days and already it has failed me more times than my TIDAL has all year! Please refund my money and contact me once you do so I can permanently log out of Qobuz.
