Update by user Aug 16, 2018 It truly isn't resolved, but I talked to them & they refused to give me my money back, only to offer me a discount at my 'next' reading. Why would I go back?!? I talked to them several times & they said everything was done as policy. That really isn't a very good policy when you bombard your customers, don't keep appointment times, don't do ANYTHING they are supposed to do. I've talked to REAL psychics even after that & got a better experience. Didn't pay $600, I tell you tell you that much. I just feel the need to warn people. I tried to do my own, but they called me 11 hrs before my actual appt, FIRST THING IN THE MORNING so I didn't get a chance. I'll try to keep this brief, but I have dealt with other psychics, REAL psychics & they were straight the point, no slow talking, no long pauses & we are always on one Accord & kept 'on time' appt; not early or late. This was the opposite experience. Plus, they pre-charged me before I had my consultation. I just really wish they didn't catch me off guard & I had time to do my official research on them. I was supposed to get 40 min for $40. Instead, it ended up being 96 min for $598 & I had to force her off the phone after I asked her countless of times how much is this costing me. Either/or, ITS A SCAM. There are good psychics out there, AskNow is JUST NOT ONE OF THEM. SORRY GUYS!!!!!
