these people are nothing but rip off artists i purchased a life jacket bluetooth speaker the charger cord was missing so i call the customer service contact number september 13, its now dec 10th i still dont have my cord not to mention i called back several times , it seems like it the same guy that answers the phone all the time and gives u the same sorry *** that ur item is on the way call back next week. dont believe that!!!!! i think this is a shaddy operation be careful!!!! and no they dont deserve not even 1 star for exchange and return policy i click on stars by mistake horrible custer service
