Sir/mam I bought royal enfield meteor 350 model bike from your authorised showroom shagun autosales, madhubani, bihar just 1 week ago (4th june 2021). But since the same night (using 1st time) there is a fog inside the headlight and not working properly. With this complain i went to showroom (shagun autosales) but staff of showroom did not respond at all and there behaviour was too rude . My problem still persists and i am unable to ride my bike after evening. This reduces our trust over royal enfield and perhaps i will not recommend it because of the pathetic service.
