I want to use my $2000 to go to stay at Mirage Whitsundays from 4th to 8th of April for my sons 21st birthday. I was told by the service representative there was nothing available. So I rang and booked myself, at Mirage Whitsundays Then rang Platinum Holiday Club back. Got a very rude male. They refuse to pay because I did'nt go through them. My $2000 voucher expires next February 2022. I am not taking anymore holidays this year and this is it. My member number is 2133576 Regards Kathleen Bartolo.
