Plan/phone change without notification

I got an email telling me my phone plan was deactivated because of non payment. I was signed up for auto pay and had been properly debited for The past five months. Suddenly my phone was no longer eligible for non-smart phone plans and I would have to pay a higher fee with more minutes than I wanted. I essentially told them to shove it. CS person in the Philippines did her best with little or nothing to work with. Shoddy business altogether. Be careful when looking for an emergency only plan. I dont think they have one anymore. User's recommendation: Be careful.
