They will ensure that you are covered, however there will be no evidence of coverage given. You cannot schedule a procedure with any health provided unless you can provide a proof of insurance; good luck we waited months for proof of insurance. As for the company I witnessedThat one department doesn't know what the other is doing Dates promised are not true; be ready to make plenty of calls and be on hold forever!Employees on the phones are not too bad, however their supervisors don't back them up and its software system is terrible. Benefitsolver mandates that you make your Cobra Payments on time, or they will drop you, however you don't get the actual coverage for months.Good luck with the services provided by this company; you get what you pay for. User's recommendation: If possible, stay away from this company there has to be better out there.
