Saw 20% off on item , called to place order and was advised had to order on line to receive that so said ok cancel this order and Ill order on line. Ordered on line but no where to hit the 20% codePICKUP so called again. In the meantime, Im advised 2 orders placed. Ask why, and was told that I gave the credit card information so couldnt cancel the phone order, even though I ask to within seconds of placing order. Very confusing information and not sympathetic to the customer.
