Placed my order about a week ago. It has come out of my credit card account, but I have no confirmation email and my account says I have not had any recent orders. Tried reaching out, customer service automated message just hangs up on you. Put in a request on website and still have not heard anything. Spent almost $100. If this is how this will be I will never be ordering anything from this place again and will be telling everyone the same. I understand the circumstances of this pandemic, but if you can not have your customer service personnel working, then you should not be taking orders. I will take this down once I either receive my order, or hear back. Until then, assume nothing was ever done about this. User's recommendation: Do not order from here.
