Late order which was ice cold when I received it my order was suppose to be delivered by 9:22 I actually waited 10 extra minutes before calling to see where my order was. Then when I called I was on hold for 20 minutes without anyone ever responding yo the call now here it is 10:05 a.m and my kids still haven't had breakfast mind you my order was placed somewhere between 8:30 and 8:40a.m! This is ridiculous and I'm very disgusted and disappointed at this point I don't even want the dough just my money back but they won't even pick up the phone so that I can request that! This is horrible and I won't be ordering from them ever again! User's recommendation: always go to the store for your order NO MATTER WHAT.
