none of the orders arrived complete, all 3 orders were missing something that had been ordered. of the orders they at least sent the all of the items with, they sent the wrong items. dealing with their customer service isn't horrible, its just time consuming. plus you also get to send your items back to get a refund. generally the experience is one you'll regret undertaking. they are the type of shopping experience that will make you wish you had avoided an online and experience with go hastings and instead chosen to shop at a brick and mortar. when an online retailer makes traveling to best buy seem like a better choice - well that says it all.
