If we book 4 tickets ( plus an infant), Airasia says we will assign you random seats scattered all over the cabin, if you want to sit together, pay us extra. Well being a frequent flyer I understand it has become a practice in India to pay additional amount for preferred seats but ITS COMPLETELY NON SENSE TO NOT ASSIGN SEATS TOGETHER ON A SINGLE DAY PNR. Remember - I didnt ask for preferred seat, just anywhere all 4 together but unfortunately airline is busy making no sense. Their comes in picture their customer care who ate good in just repeating the by hearted lines like any call centers. . Not surd why they arecalled ACUSTOMER CARE. User's recommendation: Choose wisely among options.
