Pissed poor telephone customer service

I forgot my password and their online system locked me out. I have to call them to reset my password. Waited online for over 40 minutes. No waiting music, no sound... if it is not for the clock that is still working, I wouldnt have known if the line is still working. Gave up after that. Still dont have access to my account. So upset. User's recommendation: Inform customer how long will the waiting time be and have some music to let the customers know that the phone line is still working.
