I own a rental property and when tenants move out they cancel the service and turn it on at their new residence. For 30 years I have been asking Edison to temporarily leave power on at my rental property and bill to my home account so can have power to do repairs and prepare for the next tenant. It was easy, I just called and asked agent, and it was done. Now it is impossible. You cannot reach anyone to help. User's recommendation: Good luck.
