All I can say is, you get what you pay for. The not so smart baggage handlers in the Honolulu operations think its ok to leave peoples suitcases out in a monsoon. They must think all bags are waterproof. Im not happy having to find a laundry facility after checking into our Maui resort. The flight was also delayed 4 hours. It was truly a terrible experience. User's recommendation: Hope it’s not raining. Cellophane your bag so it’s more waterproof.
