i took a loan in March 2020 for 250000, only 104000 got disbursed the remaining amount was to be disbursed as cheque, but it has been nearly 8 months am yet to receive to the cheque. But emi messages alone comes correctly and people from the collection department call me for the emi. They didn't disbursed my full loan amount and started asking for emi. They even took one emi in November. i wrote repeated mail to customer care from March yet no response.
