If you don't understand something, they get tired of dealing with you and hang up. They pretend its a dropped call. But don't call back. Then you start all over again! They say they made the changes and nothing happens. Start over again!! The worst company ever. User's recommendation: Please find another builder. Trust Me. Don't do it man. You will be so sorry!
