Had a replacement tub to shower. Delta single knob shower handle was replaced a while ago. The cold water pipe on the manufactured valve body burst and caused several thousand dollars to a brand new floor. It cost 1, 300 for the kitchen floor. We have had to shut the water off to the house. I actually tried to shut the two valves off for the hot and cold water; did not work! i was informed that Delta is the most leading in faucets. I am a bit upset because now we can not take a shower, nor can my elderly mother (75) walk through the kitchen due to the water damage and the floor that needs to be replaced. I do not know if you need a serial number for this faucet but, if you do please ask.
