Flight #2989 Salt Lake City to Denver August 2. - Confirmation #JPLMBO The plane came in early and the flight was scheduled to leave 5 min early. When all boarded, it was announced pilot was running late and it would be 1/2 hour wait. 30 mins later 2 more people were boarded on the plane and 1 sat next to me. I mentioned to him he was lucky he got on the flight because pilot was late by 30 mins. The gentleman said to me, that he was with the pilot last night partying and that was why they were late. So this concerned me that the pilot might have been drinking last night. I would like to bring this to Delta's attention as in regards to being a passenger, I found this very disturbing.
