Pickup item to return to Home Depot that was received damaged.

Have been waiting a month for NSD to schedule a pickup of a crated door received in damaged condition for return. Called them 17 times different days of the week and different times. NEVER get a call back only get the auto reply that they will call back when a representative is available. Have now written a letter to the Director of Transportation to advise the problem in reaching them. Home Depot will not issue a credit for the damaged door until it is picked up by NSD. The door was not delivered by NSD but HD said that NSD does the pickup.
