Having a nightmare when I applied for an exchange/return item on May 6, 2021 from Sun and Sands e-commerce and until now it hasn't go back to them through Aramex. It took Aramex to pick up the item for 10 days and another 5+(still counting) days to schedule going to the receiver within Dubai only. This is more than 14 days now in total and nobody know when the item will be delivered. I don't know who's to contact Aramex or Sun and Sands. Both companies are extremely unprofessional with poor customer service in the highest level. They will give you unsure, inconsistent, vague answers and will leave you with no clear information. The fact that this transaction is only in Dubai and it took more than 14 days to deliver, nobody knows when this process will end. Extremely unprofessional!
