Phone verification keeps saying invalid or error and I’ve received no help from Vinted.

I have been trying to get into my account for over 2 weeks now. I've reported the issue and still no help. I made my account with my Google account, my phone number isn't working. I need to get into my account as soon as possible! The automated voice messages do not work! If anyone can help please do.
