I had to restore whatsapp message from a old iphone backup. it failed and got nothing back this is after i paid for the application, then i asked for a refund. I get the same mail back from them the hole time. What can be done to take these oaks on as they clearly don't want people to be happy or help them. They want me to do this and try this!!! I should have logged it with my back and a fraudulent purchase.
