Windstream line/internet was out for 2 straight weeks, called more than 6 times for repairs, begged them to fix the line but NEVER resolved the problems, as result an elderly still had to be in hospital cause he fell and cut his head open and delayed in calling 911 cause windstream never fixed the problem; had to catch mcdonald wifi to just be able to do work and make money so I can pay their expensive bill, also was told it was fiber optic line but it was only dsl line, I guess to windstream we are "just another number" not valuable customers; on final call to windtream the rep finally disconnected my service and she thinks it was the best way that windstream and my line be part ways since they wouldn't be able to resolved and fix the line after 2 straight weeks of multiple calls, in my point of view windstream is extremely racist toward their rural customers (not everyone can afford to live in city/established areas), but nonetheless our lives and money matters too!!!
