i called the saint john nb service department to book an appointment for my express lube on my new 2020 hyunda venue. when asked the covid questions which i understand, due to the fact that i live with my brother who is a trucker and essential employee and i am also an essential employee with the company i work with, i was advised i would have to self isolate for 14 days before i could bring my car in. i explained the situation but not satisifed with the result and the way i was spoken to. i deal with the public every day and would never speak to a customer that way, this is the 2nd new car i have bought in 4 years from this site. it was ok to go into the showroom when i was buying but now that i need service i have to self isolate. at this point i am going to find another service dept to have my work done, and when i am in need of another new car, i will probably look elsewhere
