I went through this company over 10 yrs ago and the phone would charge after a year with the phone. It would have cost me more money to replace the battery so it was better to get a different phone through someone else. I told this low life company several times and they wouldnt do anything about it and said I still owe them $227. I'm sorry you guys SUCK!!!!! Plus they keep changing the date on my credit report
