Phone Bill apply to the wrong account number

My complaint towards 152 East 111th and Lexington Ave, NY 10029. Paid a phone bill on 6/18/2021 in the full amount before the due date of 6/25/2021. A week half later Verizon called to say the bill was past due. On 7/2/2021 took the bill back to CFSC location to find out what's going on . Spoke with Elica S regarding the problem. She notice the full payment was applied to the wrong account number. She made copy of the receipt and bill with the account information. She mention the issued should be resolved in 10 days. She would called to let me know and have a confirmation number and a copy of receipt. Never received the call from this location. On 7/14/2021 went to the location to see Elica S to see any updates. She was off from this location and was told by the other teller she would be tomorrow 7/15/2021. On 7/15/2021 went back to the location to see if there's any update regarding this matter. Per Elica S she could not give me a receipt, I see someone else. After she told me prior that she Could give me a receipt. I found this impossible to do. I don't know what type a business that you can't print a paid receipt. Told me to come back later, knowing she was going to leave at 2pm. She tell the other tellers something in Spanish which I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. This location need to have a supervisor, tellers that are professional when it comes to dealing customer in a polite matter.
