Phone and service not working – BELL will not help

Had to move from iPhone 5 to iPhone 11 due to IOS not being supported and had to leave MTS and basically forced to go to BELL mobility. The service and product do not work, and I cannot get any help. They want my bank account and credit card. I asked for a paper bill, and they will not. When I try to contact them, I get the Philippines. They will not help! User's recommendation: stay away from BELL.
