I have called them 5 times over the last 3 months spent over an hour on the phone with them each time they have fixed nothing. Over the last year have called for problems over ten times. spent more time with them on my bossiness phone trying to fix there cell phone I bought from them the i have used the cell phone because it not working User's recommendation: DO NOT use them service is terrible.
