My mom has been using the Mesquite, Tx. S.Galloway store for 35+ years and it's pharmacy. Not until this past year has she had any problem that wasn't resolved. I have gone at least 5 times in the last two months only to be told it's not ready. I will then proceed to get her groceries, which takes at least 1hr. When I return, I still have to wait another 45minutes to 1hr. When she arrived today, she was told again. it's not ready. She called it in on 4/6/2021, which is a Tuesday. She then explained to the tech that she is out and needs them now. She was told that she should go home and wait until she is called. Probably sometime tomorrow. When she told her again, she told my mom, it's because we have so many shots to give out. REALLY???? There were only 3 other people waiting and IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS!!! Our entire family has used this pharmacy for several years. Some have moved and gone on yo others. THis is total disrespect of YOUR customers. Not to mention DANGEROUS.
