Hi customer care, I would like to make a complaint in regards to the pump station situated at : Shell Jalan Tun Razak JB, Kampung Kastam Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. There are many times that the Petronas mesra is not working which I am very doubtful. Many times after petrol TOP up the counter cashier would use other meats card even though she swiped my card and the best part is the point update still remain the same figure as per previous receipt. However, today, as usual, the cashier says the machine not working. Please look into it -(1) the cashier misused the card point system and (2) lazy to online the system (3) the system never have adequate of maintain and update .
