Having bought this item I have managed to start it once, it would not stop due to disconnected lead. Unable to loosen spark plug. Had to replace crank mechanism. Still unable to start. This is not fit for purpose and I need a full refund. I have spoken to a customer service member of staff called Jason who has tried to help but the strimmer is of a poor quality and does not meet the marketing brief and reviews. Mr Peter Platt
