Not sure if this is happening because I'm a female and being taken advantage of, but a local company should have more integrity than this. Here's my story: I had called this service, Arrow Services Inc., to come out, which they did, and provided me with a partial service of spraying the interior of my home for pest control. The outside will be done at a later date, when the weather is warmer. Fine. Problem was, the technician decided to use my outdoor faucet and the pipe busted, leaving me with an enormous plumbing issue. They offered me 2 options, to either not charge me for the service ($400) or take care of the plumbing. I decided to have them take care of the plumbing. I understand that this was an accident, but it was at the hands of the technician. Do the right thing and repair the damage! After much stress and hardships, the plumbing is not taken care of and to boot, there are still ants showing up inside my home! I have tried to contact 3 different representatives from this company and guess what, NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK!!!! I'M SO DISGUSTED. And I'm looking for your help. Please call the company ( call 877-949- ****) and give them my name, Suzana Ivetic. Please inform them that they should do the right thing and take care of their mistake/ accident.
