personal injury

2

I injured myself while I was a caregiver. While I was on the job, I fell in the kitchen and broke my arm, I sustained a compound fracture and was hospitalized. I did not think I would live through the pain. I am still in pain today. This happened three and a half months ago, and my arm and use of my hand is still not functional. Morgan and Morgan took my case when I was released from the hospital. After not hearing from them I asked if I could be advised as to status of the case. I was told that since they did not get a response from the family, there was probably nothing that they could do for me. This is a severe injury with long term repercussions. I was on the job. Is it possible that their case load is so high, with bigger cases, that the legitimate pain and suffering I sustained while I was on the job does not merit their attention? I need help, not excuses.
