Perhaps to shed a light on why there are so many bad reviews.

When one reads "no interest" for x months when you use a credit card it doesn't mean there isn't a monthly payment due, just no interest. So if you don't make the first payment by the due date you will incur a penalty i.e. interest. The information isn't user friendly, and perhaps that's intended. User's recommendation: Get it in writing that a purchase is interest free with no monthly payments due.
