A very enjoyable experience using this product. Very easy to use out of the box with step-by-step instructions on how to operate the massage gun. I have lower back and shoulder problems and the Toloco massager has elevated the pain in both regions of those areas. After following a regiment of treating myself with this gun I am very impressed!
