To whom it may concern . I write to you a week ago and while I'm sure your busy I am too. This company who says the represent you has taken advantage of me and I'm sure many others. First I want to know if they do represent you . As I said in my previous email I had been out of my state working and came home to find these charges on my Credit Card . I called and they pretty much so told me it was my fault and I could not return the unopened product for a refund. I did not give my consent and in fact read the " sales pitch " very carefully . It said many of your stores were going out of Business and to help you out please try a couple products and pay a small fee and shipping and they would NOT send any other products on auto ship but hoped you like the product so much you would contact them for more. That's what I did . Peoria Fresh is the company name on the invoice. Their phone # is [protected]. In my previous email I give you the The name of the supervisor I was finally allowed to speak to. Of course he blamed me for not knowing that if you don't cancel within 10 days you agree to continue getting the products. Again, he did not honor what was stated in the advertisement of never sending anything else without being contacted. Is this your representative company? They say they are working for you.
