I've only ordered this one book from them, and it was back ordered and due to the COVID-19 and just a publishing no longer willing to print the book is what I was told it's been very frustrating because I no longer know who to blame for the book being still up on this website saying it's not available in store, but they're on order I told them multiple times that the publisher company, so they were no longer going to print the book but yet this website has not been informed by them so its very frustrating and confusing other than that I personally cant really say anything else about this website
