Found out that Charles Shinauld from Vanguard Processing Group also goes by.. Charles Shinalo and he seems to travel around alot too. Before he made his trek to California, he was scamming people from somewhere on Pennsylvania and god knows where else!! If anyone calls you and wants money up front to do ANYTHING for you regaurding your home loan, DONT, DONT, DONT!!! Hang up the phone!!!!!!!!!! They are doing nothing more than STEALING your money!
