Pending issue

Firstly am unable to go access my account on my phone so I login my account on my friend phone .....although a sum of 5,000 was send from my bank account to my opay account, I wanted to transfer back to my bank account while doing that I mistakenly switched to transfer to opay to opay account using my account number so now am having pending issue because I didn't add the name of the specific bank am using
