Turkish airlines have tied up with Randox health for pcr, day 2 and day 8 test. I booked the test on 21st July and I have not received the kit. Neither Randox health now Turkish airlines is answering where the kit is on calls or emails. Just because of this delay I am getting ocr test in emergency and paying £160 per person to get the pcr test with other laboratory. This is ridiculous. Turkish airlines should make sure their tue ups are worth it and that their customers are taken care if.
