I had the same experience as Dumbo. Also the same line of companies. Used to draft my account to pay... when they took us over I had two services at two different addresses. They screw up the bills and never sent me a draft form. I cancelled one service then they kept applying my payments to the wrong account. Service has deteriorated in the whole town. We have been without HBO for going on 3 weeks. They will not tell me when it will be fixed because they say I owe them. They do not seem to have any records of my phone calls or the letters I have sent. I am done! I am canceling and going to Dish. PC ONE can sue me. We will let a judge decide if they are right.
